Reminiscent of the Pont du Gare, near Nimes, this bridge of love, celebrates a kite flying contest with contestants standing along the top of the bridge, competing with their brightly colored pieces flicking and swaying in front of turquoise puffy clouds. Below, spectators are lined up on the second bridge and on boats beneath to enjoy the sky spectacle. The bridge itself is brightly colored and complements the beige and khaki-colored powder-puff tree growing next to it.

This lithograph is a special edition as it is printed on embossed paper. The embossingt features children, shapes and diamonds along the top and on the bottom right hand border. It also features two kites on either side border.
